Sourcefit is a business process outsourcing company based in Manila, Philippines focused on providing custom offshore staffing solutions.
Sourcefit was founded in April 2009 to provide application development, customer service, and community moderation for one of the world’s first mobile-oriented social media services on Vodafone networks around the world. Since then, the company has grown by adapting to the needs of its growing client base, developing deep expertise in a wide range of processes across more than 20 industries.
We currently offer staff augmentation and fully managed services to companies in the e-commerce, IT, finance, hospitality, healthcare, construction, retail, telecom, logistics, and marketing industries among others, and we maintain operations centers in the Philippines, South Africa, the Dominican Republic, and Armenia.
We specialize in building dedicated teams that function as seamlessly as local staff, with minimal start-up risk and maximum transparency, control, and long-term return on investment. We handle recruitment, employment, full IT support, engagement, and training and operational support. Clients can choose to manage the day-to-day work of their teams or leave the management and accountability to us.
