Andy hat seit 1997 Outsourcing-Projekte auf Kundenseite in den Bereichen Werbung, Webdesign, Webentwicklung und mobile Entwicklung in Asien, Europa und Südamerika geleitet. Seit 2006 leitet er Outsourcing-Projekte auf der Anbieterseite auf den Philippinen. Andy ist ein preisgekrönter Werbetexter und Kreativdirektor und hat Werbekampagnen für viele der weltweit führenden Vermarkter wie P&G, Coca-Cola, Toyota, Subaru, Sony und viele mehr entworfen und produziert. Andy spricht fließend Französisch und Japanisch.
