Position Summary:
The Implementation Builder I is a key player in our customer onboarding journey. In this role, you’ll ensure a smooth and timely transition of new customers onto the platform by translating customer-provided documentation into platform-ready configurations.
But this isn’t just data entry — this role blends technical precision and a knowledge of roofing that we will be able to provide you during the training period. You will build accounts and interact via email with customers, to ensure they provide the right documentation, and support the Implementation Specialists in driving successful adoption. You’ll also need to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where processes evolve rapidly as we scale and introduce new features or processes.

Responsibilities:
- Platform Configuration: Configure and tailor customer accounts based on documentation and direction from the Implementation Specialist.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain clean and organized customer records in Hubspot, with high standards of data hygiene and accuracy.
- File Handling: Convert, interpret, and manipulate various document types (e.g., PDFs, Word, Excel, CSVs) for platform compatibility.
- Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Implementation Specialists and your fellow Builders to keep onboarding efficient, precise, and customer-focused.
- Adapt & Learn: Embrace changes in tools, processes, and product features with agility and a growth mindset.
- Time Management: Efficient time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–2 years in data entry, implementation, customer service, or similar roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with converting file types (PDF to CSV, Excel, etc.).
- Tool: Experience with Excel and CRM tools (preferably Hubspot).
- Communication: Excellent written English skills, with strong attention to grammar, clarity, and tone.
- Customer Interaction: Confident in handling customer-facing communication via email.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to interpret various document types with precision; highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Quick to learn new tools and processes; thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Initiative: Proactive in asking questions, raising concerns, and collaborating with team members.
- Commitment: Takes pride in producing high-quality work and contributing to a team working toward shared goals.
