LI Tech Advisors is seeking an Inside Sales Representative whoβs more than just a sellerβyouβre a listener, a problem-solver, and a trusted advisor. Weβre not looking for someone to sell products; weβre looking for someone to guide prospects through critical IT decisions with empathy, understanding, and consultative insight.

π What Youβll Do:
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls with both inbound and outbound leads.
- Understand and uncover real business challenges and emotional drivers behind IT concerns.
- Manage the early stages of the sales pipeline, handing off qualified leads to senior sales or vCIOs.
- Leverage tools like HubSpot, ConnectWise, or Salesforce to maintain organized and effective communication.
- Craft personalized outreach (email, LinkedIn, video, voicemail) that resonates with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams for aligned messaging.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity, compliance (HIPAA, FERPA), and MSP best practices.
- Communicate the business impact of downtime, risk, and inefficienciesβnot just product features.
β What Weβre Looking For:
- 2β5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or B2B professional services.
- High emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
- Proven consultative selling approachβsomeone who asks the right questions and builds trust.
- Familiarity with MSP service models like vCIO, RMM, BDR, cybersecurity (a plus!).
- Comfortable working in a CRM-driven, structured sales environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and follow-up abilities.

- Experience working with schools, law firms, or manufacturing clients.
- Certifications in consultative or inbound sales (e.g., Sandler, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with frameworks like EOS, TruMethods, or TruPeer.
