SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST
POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting FP&A by conducting variance analysis, providing project support, preparing board reports, and presentations. The role will be providing PMO support through task planning, business requirements, initiative tracking, and clear status reporting. In addition, the analyst manages key sales reporting processes, maintains accurate Sales Trackers, and provides timely insights to support decision making. The role also assists with system alignment, discount and coupon management, and data and contract administration.

Hybrid (3 days onsite at SourceFit Manila office)
Schedule: Monday to Friday I 9PM to 6AM (Manila Time)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales Tracker Ownership & Reporting
• Lead the creation, maintenance, and distribution of all Sales Trackers across multiple business units.
• Pull and compile data from Tableau and NetSuite to support tracker updates.
• Produce Month-to-Date (MTD) and Year-to-date (YTD) variance reports by account.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure all sales are accurately assigned to the correct territories.
• Prepare and send monthly Sales Tracker communications, highlighting significant positive and negative
variances by account.
• Track large prior month orders and include them in monthly communications to prompt follow up by the
sales team.
• Manage and update all required Sales Trackers, including:
• Manually Created: Combined Tracker
• Tableau Trackers: ProStart, PRM, ServSafe H&S, ServSafe C&A
• NetSuite Trackers: AHLEI, Registry, ServSuccess (multiple report types)
2. Salesforce.com Administration & Sales Support
• Serve as a Salesforce admin resource for the sales organization.
• Triage and delegate Salesforce-related requests to Product or Marketing when appropriate.
• Support Sales VPs by completing reporting and data requests, including:
• Opportunity time-to-close reports
• Competitor reporting
• Revenue-to-opportunity reconciliation for forecasting (manual process)
• Run and prepare monthly pipeline reports for Sales Calls and Segment Meetings.
• Perform Salesforce administrative tasks such as:
• Reassigning account ownership
• Creating and modifying reports and dashboards
• Building and running pipeline reports
• Auditing product and pricing data in the price book
3. Discount & Coupon Code Management
• Manage discount structures within Diner and NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business
rules.
• Analyze discount performance to determine whether discounts should expire, extend, or be modified.
• Create and maintain discount codes and coupon codes in IMIS and NetSuite.
4. Ad-Hoc Reporting & Self-Service Enablement
• Build custom reports for Sales and Certification teams as needed.
• Create reusable report templates that allow teams to run their own analyses.
• Provide training on how to use existing reports and reporting tools.
5. Data Management & System Alignment
• Ensure account hierarchies, product codes, and sales rollups are accurate across all systems.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to support the launch of Power BI and transition existing Tableau
reports to Power BI.
• Participate in BT4 data transition planning, including testing COS and validating discount and product
data.
• Work closely with Product and cross-functional teams to ensure products are coded correctly for
reporting accuracy.
6. Contract Management Support
• Assist with contract routing and ensure all associated discounts are accurate.
• Verify that reporting structures are properly set up to support contract terms and tracking.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years experience in an operations analyst, reporting analyst, FP&A analyst, sales operations
analyst, or similar role with ownership of recurring reporting cycles and regular stakeholder updates
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, complex formulas, conditional
formatting, charting, and comfort working with large datasets
• Strong data validation and reconciliation skills to ensure accounts, territories, hierarchies, and rollups align
correctly across sources
• Ability to summarize variances, explain anomalies, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
• Ability to manage recurring monthly reporting cycles alongside ad hoc requests while maintaining accuracy
and meeting deadlines
• High attention to detail and consistent accuracy in reporting outputs, tracker updates, and data
maintenance
• Ability to work independently, proactively identify issues, and drive tasks through completion
NICE TO HAVE
• Salesforce exposure supporting user requests, creating or modifying reports and dashboards, assisting with
pipeline reporting, and maintaining account ownership and pricing data
• NetSuite exposure pulling data or running reports for analysis and reconciliation
• Tableau exposure pulling or interpreting dashboard outputs for recurring reporting
• Power BI exposure supporting report validation, user testing, or migration activities during reporting
transitions
• Experience supporting reporting platform transitions, including report migrations or data validation work
during platform or system changes
