Sourcefit has been recognized as a Growth Champion for 2023, securing a spot in the list of the top 25 fastest-growing companies in the Philippines. The Inquirer Growth Champions list is based on the percentage growth in revenues achieved by companies between 2018 and 2021. Sourcefit’s remarkable development in those years has helped them earn the 14th overall spot and 1st in the BPO Landscape for the Inquirer Growth Champion 2023.

To be included in the list, companies had to meet several criteria, including generating revenue of at least ₱5,000,000 in 2018 and ₱30,000,000 in 2021. The company must also be independent, headquartered in the Philippines, and have primarily organic revenue growth between 2018 and 2021.

The ranking of the Philippines’ Growth Champions was created through a complex procedure that involved advertising the project online and in print. Companies were invited to participate via email, LinkedIn, and phone, and the revenue figures submitted had to be certified by the CEO, CFO, or a member of the executive committee. The calculation of company growth rates was based on the revenue figures submitted, and the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) was used to determine growth rates.

All data reported by the companies was processed and checked by Statista, and missing data entries were researched in detail. Companies that did not meet the inclusion criteria were removed from the ranking. Although the search was extensive, the ranking does not claim to be complete as some companies did not want to make their figures public or did not participate for other reasons.
