About the Role:

資格：

• 至少 5 年的類似工作經驗
• 進階至 Windows 伺服器、網路、Office 365 & Azure 的專業知識
• 擁有SCCM 和 Intune的經驗
• 優秀的書面和口頭溝通技巧
• 熟悉辦公室自動化產品、資料庫和遠端控制
• 熟悉電腦系統、行動裝置及其他技術產品
• 強大的決策與解決問題能力
• 良好的人際關係和建立關係的技巧
• 對客戶服務充滿熱情
• 優異的組織能力和同時處理多項任務的能力。
• 能夠在快節奏的環境中快速學習
• RMM (遠端監控與管理) 工具經驗
• 發現和記錄客戶環境（伺服器、網路設備、儲存設備等）的經驗
• 軟體安裝/移除/故障排除經驗
• 熟悉多種硬體平台 (MacOS、Windows PC/伺服器、網路設備如 Unifi、Sophos、Watchguard、Cisco 等)
• 熟悉腳本 (PowerShell、Windows Command Line 等)
