Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize digital marketing efforts across various online channels. The main goal is to generate qualified leads by running effective paid advertising campaigns, automating email marketing, and improving conversion rates. This role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Hubspot, and strong analytical skills in B2B marketing. The position also involves supporting marketing coordination tasks and collaborating with other team members.

Responsibilities:
Paid Digital Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research and analyze competitors for paid search campaigns.
- Write ad copy and work with designers to create visual assets.
- Monitor and adjust daily campaign performance, bidding strategies, and budgets.
Email Marketing & Automation
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
- Create automated email sequences for lead nurturing and client retention.
- Design email templates and improve deliverability and engagement.
- Segment email lists and personalize campaigns based on audience behavior.
Conversion Rate Optimisation
- Analyze website and landing page performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and conduct A/B tests across digital channels.
- Optimize conversion funnels from initial click to qualified lead.
- Work with web development teams to improve landing pages.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs and campaign results.
- Use tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and platform-specific reporting.
- Create custom dashboards and automated reports for stakeholders.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.
Budget Management & ROI Optimisation
- Manage digital advertising budgets to ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Track cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend.
- Identify and scale high-performing channels.
- Negotiate with platform representatives and explore new advertising opportunities.
Marketing Coordination
- Assist with webinar and events coordination.
- Brief designers, web developers, and cross-functional teams on marketing requirements.
- Support other marketing-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising, email marketing automation, and B2B marketing.
- Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Experience using Hubspot or a similar tool for marketing automation and lead management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, or similar tools.
- Experience creating and optimizing email campaigns, including audience segmentation and A/B testing.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets and optimize for cost per acquisition and return on ad spend.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to work with designers, developers, and other teams.
- Experience in conversion rate optimization and working with web developers to improve landing pages.
- Good organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
