Overview
As an Operations Support Coordinator, you are responsible for providing support for complex communications product solutions (data, voice, IP, etc.) for MasTec’s customers. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.
Work Details:
- Work from Home or Onsite
- Monday to Friday | Night Shift | 10 PM to 7 AM
- Will follow US Holidays
Responsibilities :
As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will work closely with the OPE to identify and document tasks to deliver the project on time and within the budget.
In addition, you will:
- Assist in tracking and balancing revenues and expenses for each job
- Track internal subcontractor invoices and pass-through revenue
- Manage the progression of invoices
- Conduct progress reviews with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables to meet overall requirements
- Review and quality control of internal and subcontractor invoicing prior to payment
- Assist leadership with a variety of special projects and reporting
- Meeting weekly and monthly financial goals assigned by leadership
- All other duties within your scope of work assigned by leadership
Qualifications
About You:
- You have the ability to read and understand maps, drawings and diagrams for project build process
- You have strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills
- Manage the progression of invoices
- You are able to work in a fast-paced high-volume work environment
