Call Coordinator

The Call Coordinator guides service calls from inception to completion and has primary responsibility for all service activities. To facilitate excellent service delivery, the call coordinator ensures the service technician understands each job's requirements and time commitments, keeps customers updated through proactive communication, and documents critical call details in our service management software. The Call Coordinator involves parts specialists, technical staff, and sales support so that the field technician can efficiently and professionally complete all assigned service calls.

Monday to Friday

11 pm to 8 am

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage multiple service calls from inception to completion.
  • Identify appropriate technician for each job and dispatch with accurate job, customer and timeframe information.
  • Ensure that service technicians communicate with customers, make and keep scheduled appointments, and complete service calls according to established procedures.
  • Facilitate the involvement of internal departments such as parts and sales to ensure field technicians are fully supported.
  • Professionally communicate with clients throughout the service call.
  • Resolve service issues by coordinating with internal teams and communicating with the client and service technician
  • Document all communication and service progress in Service Management software

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Details:

  • Monday to Friday | 10 PM to 7 AM Manila time

Responsibilities:

Data Management:

  • Execute all required processes to complete Site Candidate Information Package and Site Data Package in client systems.
  • Update site location details and requirements in client systems.
  • Review Radio Frequency Data Sheet and ensure accurate equipment capture in downstream client systems.
  • Submit templates to update missing data in client systems.
  • Capture location coordinates from 1A survey in client systems.

Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the Site Acquisition team during deployment meetings to ensure accurate and timely project progress.
  • Handle Past Due reports promptly to ensure tasks are current and up-to-date.
  • Participate in user forum calls weekly to stay informed about new developments in systems and address any issues.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Respond to daily emails regarding data capture.
  • Work with RF Engineer to ensure accurate data capture.
  • Interface with other department team members to obtain necessary data.
  • Collaborate with the Data Team to maintain the Build Program's smooth progress without delays.

Deadline Adherence:

  • Meet deadlines for projects and processes.
  • Data Accuracy:
  • Enter accurate data into systems.
  • Ensure customer needs and requirements are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Project management skills and the ability to resolve complex problems and issues.
  • Norad, NSite, Oracle and NXO experience, a huge plus.
  • Accounting or Purchasing experience, preferred.
  • You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality.
  • You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work.

Field Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

Pre-Construction Tasks: General Daily Activities

  • Ensure all UDFs are current.
  • Participate in the Ops Team sign off.
    • Submit any material supplemental changes and notify Order Management.

During Construction Task: General Daily Activities

  • Email first day work order to assigned crew (market specific).
  • Ensure safety documents are uploaded and properly complete daily.
  • Ensure EPL is scanned to site.
  • Ensure crew properly manages customer network access (EIM, NFSD, AccuV, etc).
  • Coordinate to obtain approvals related to any build plan or design changes.
  • Request material supplemental orders, coordinate availability with warehouse, and facilitate timely delivery to crew or site
  • When needed, facilitate WERF/OBF requests and work with WHSE EPL Lead/PM Team for timely delivery to crew or site.
  • Collect deliverable from the contractor to ensure timely closeout, including; tape drops, EH&S, RET worksheets, and required testing reports.
  • Coordinate and communicate integration and troubleshooting efforts between crew, contractor remote support, and interval teams.
  • Score all appropriate construction tasks (aka milestones) or communicate to CPM when said task is done.
  • Ensure outage requests are submitted and monitored to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist CM with calling off any equipment rentals.
  • Follow up on power delivery through installation.
  • Assist with forecast accuracy (ensure the rolling 4 week horizon is being kept. ay slippage of current job that impacts the upcoming job will need to be escalated).
  • Assist CM with making sure all permits are closed.
  • For SPG - upload any deliverables required by the Tower companies.

Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Construction Management.
  • You have 3-5 years managing telecom construction projects .
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with Work, Excel and Project and the ability to learn custom software.
      • You have knowledge of telecom construction industry Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, map reading, etc.
      • You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality.
      • You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work.
      • You are looking for long term projects.
      • You enjoy problem-solving and like to troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field .
      • You have previous site management experience while maintaining a good relationship with client and suppliers.
