Scoping Engineer - Document Reviewer

Job Summary:

The Scoping Engineer - Document Reviewer is a pivotal role responsible for performing scoping for original Order Of Magnitude (OOMs), OOM revisions, and financial true-ups. This position involves reviewing and validating scoping-related documents, ensuring accuracy, and facilitating effective communication with construction teams. The Scoping Engineer contributes to the success of wireless construction projects by assisting with modification issues, and crane assessments, and ensuring accurate data entry based on updates.

Job Details

  • Scoping Engineer - Document Reviewer
  • Work Onsite - Eastwood Libis, Quezon City
  • Monday to Friday | 10 AM to 7 PM Manila Time

Responsibilities:

  • Complete reviews to meet deadlines
  • Assist construction with modification issues and resolutions
  • Ensure accurate notes for structural/modification updates
  • Ensure accurate assessment of crane needs and alternative solutions
  • Identify and Request mount mod exceptions through the approval process
  • Ensure 3rd party SAQ documents such as; MA, SA, and CDs are loaded into the E2E tool
  • Ensure accurate data entry based on notes and updates
  • Actualize E2E Process milestones and fields associated with Document Reviews
  • Update Scope of Work, Materials, and Labor associated with Document Reviews

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of Wireless Construction experience building or estimating projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
  • Ability to accept and resolve critical feedback.
  • Conflict resolution skills required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to disseminate information effectively.

Scoping Engineer

The Scoping Engineer is a key player in facilitating effective communication with internal teams, utilizing E2E processes, and contributing to the overall success of wireless construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete reviews to meet deadlines
  • Complete Trackio data fields and scoping notes
  • Estimate accurately material and labor data in conjunction with current standards and training
  • Review RFDS for accuracy to stands and Scope of Work based on Scoping Requirement 1730T
  • Create accurate Scope of Work based on RFDS to standards
  • Communicate efficiently with internal teams; SCO, SAQ, A&E
  • Actualize and utilize E2E processes and milestones in accordance with position and training.

Call Coordinator

The Call Coordinator guides service calls from inception to completion and has primary responsibility for all service activities. To facilitate excellent service delivery, the call coordinator ensures the service technician understands each job's requirements and time commitments, keeps customers updated through proactive communication, and documents critical call details in our service management software. The Call Coordinator involves parts specialists, technical staff, and sales support so that the field technician can efficiently and professionally complete all assigned service calls.

Job Details:

Work from home

Monday to Friday

11 pm to 8 am

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage multiple service calls from inception to completion.
  • Identify appropriate technician for each job and dispatch with accurate job, customer and timeframe information.
  • Ensure that service technicians communicate with customers, make and keep scheduled appointments, and complete service calls according to established procedures.
  • Facilitate the involvement of internal departments such as parts and sales to ensure field technicians are fully supported.
  • Professionally communicate with clients throughout the service call.
  • Resolve service issues by coordinating with internal teams and communicating with the client and service technician
  • Document all communication and service progress in Service Management software

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer proficiency and a strong background in Microsoft products
  • Positive attitude even when under pressure
  • Work history showing progressive growth and responsibilities
  • Ability to work in teams across departments and independently as needed
  • Experience managing complex workloads and projects
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
