Data Entry Specialist

Position Summary:

The Data Entry Specialist plays a crucial role in the client onboarding process by constructing customer instances based on the specifications and documentation provided by the Implementation team. This role involves a variety of tasks, including data intake, data entry, CRM management, and configuration of software settings. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. Proficiency in English and experience with data manipulation and transcription are essential.

Job Details:

  • Eastwood Libis, QC - can be remote after 3-6 months

Responsibilities:

1. Data Intake:

  • Receive and process customer work from the Implementation team.
  • Ensure all necessary information is gathered to start the project.

2. Data Entry:

  • Manipulate client-provided CSV files for software upload.
  • Convert and/or transcribe documents into the software.
  • Configure automation settings within the software.
  • Set up and configure general profile and account settings.
  • Transcribe email and/or SMS copy templates into our system.
  • Build and customize proposal templates based on client needs.
  • Configure "job board(s)" to client specifications.
  • Populate information into design templates, including Instant Estimator collateral and About Us pages.

3. CRM Management:

  • Utilize and maintain knowledge of Hubspot for project tracking and internal communication.
  • Ensure all work is tracked and communicated back to the client-facing team through Hubspot.

Qualifications:

  • Highly proficient in English.
  • Proven experience in a back-office role with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently without direct client interaction.
  • Proficient in data entry tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience manipulating CSV files and working with document conversion/transcription.
  • Familiarity with software automation settings and profile/account configurations.
  • Strong written communication skills for transcribing email and/or SMS templates.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot is beneficial.
  • Ability to deliver projects on tight timelines while maintaining quality.

Marketing Lead/Manager

Position Summary:

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing various marketing projects, including website builds and social media campaigns. This role will focus on coordinating and executing project plans, collaborating with different teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing content. The specialist will work closely with various departments, agencies, and vendor partners to drive project success and optimize marketing efforts.

Job Details:

  • Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM
  • There may be occasions when you will be requested to visit the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate marketing projects, including website builds and social media campaigns.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with different company departments, agencies, freelancers, and vendor partners.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or roadblocks.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing content.
  • Optimize social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and evaluate new project management tools and techniques.
  • Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Handle new marketing projects as needed.

Technician Support Team Leader

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technician Support Team Leader to oversee our entirely US-based team of technicians, ranging from Tier 1 to Tier 3. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of technical proficiency, excellent communication and soft skills, and a strong command of the English language. The Team Leader will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management and coordination of our service desk operations within a Managed Services Environment.

Job Details:

  • Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM EST (training period: 9 AM to 6 PM EST – 3 weeks)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee daily operations of the service desk, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of technical issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to technicians at all levels (Tier 1 to Tier 3).
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service desk processes and performance.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure a clear understanding of goals and expectations.
  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • High technical proficiency with extensive experience as both a technician and a team lead.
  • Excellent communication and soft skills, with a high degree of English proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
  • Previous experience working in a Managed Services Environment is greatly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
