Product Analyst

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our team. The Product Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders and the Product Owner to define requirements, analyze options, and contribute to the development of epics and user stories. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate conversations into structured documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide key inputs for the Product Owner to assess options and select an approach to achieving the epic goals.
  • Work with stakeholders to define backlog items and ensure they align with overall objectives.
  • Define, analyze, and document specific requirements, including identifying the "as-is" situation and creating problem statements for the current status.
  • Collaborate with contributors to define the to-be status and lead the gathering of requirements for new functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential technical solutions and contribute to the creation of epics and user stories to implement those solutions.
  • Ensure backlog items have sufficient detail to accurately judge requirements and facilitate smooth sprint cycles.
  • Own the analysis and documentation of business requirements, validating them with all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with operational and delivery teams throughout sprint cycles to ensure successful implementation of requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience and understanding of operating using Scrum, Kanban, and/or agile methodologies.
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar field.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate conversations into structured documents.
  • Experience in user journey mapping and user story creation.
  • Experience in a DevOps environment is desirable.
  • Ability to work under pressure and autonomously.
  • A can-do attitude and a team-player mentality.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Jira.

Project Coordinator - Finance

Job Details:

  • Project Coordinator
  • Work On-site: Eastwood Libis, Quezon City or Bridgetowne, Pasig
  • Monday to Friday | 9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in tracking and balancing revenues and expenses for each job.
  • Track internal subcontractor invoices and pass-through revenue.
  • Manage the progression of invoices.
  • Conduct progress reviews with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables to meet overall requirements.
  • Review and quality control of internal and subcontractor invoicing prior to payment.
  • Assist leadership with a variety of special projects and reporting.
  • Meeting weekly and monthly financial goals assigned by leadership.
  • All other duties within your scope of work assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Microsoft Skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Construction Understanding is a plus.
  • Experience in telecom tower related or fiber is a plus.
  • You have the ability to read and understand maps, drawings and diagrams for project build process.
  • You have strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills.
  • You are able to work in a fast-paced high-volume work environment.

Project Manager

Job Details:

  • Work Onsite - Eastwood, Quezon City
  • Monday to Friday | 8PM to 5AM Manila time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead internal and external project teams to ensure on-budget and on-schedule delivery.
  • Report and communicate to the external customer(s) and internal management each day.
  • Build processes and teams required to deliver all project requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Project Construction Lead for timing, execution, and closeout of individual projects.
  • Lead weekly meetings with the client and project team.
  • Send crews to projects and direct them on the overall tasks needed to be completed.
  • Bid and bill each project once complete.
  • Approve timesheets and daily logs.
  • Ensure the crew has the correct equipment needed for the project.
  • Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar degree.
  • You have 3 years of construction project experience.
  • Experience with Ericsson equipment.
  • Can speak Troubleshooting Language, troubleshooting with Tower Crews
  • Comfortable speaking with Construction Crews on the Field, working through the work from start to finish.
  • You have advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more and 20 inches or less, with the ability to judge distance and space relationships.

  • Able to communicate progress, highlight issues, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Possess safety training and knowledge of OSHA requirements.
  • You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
