As a 180 Recruitment Consultant, you will provide exceptional recruitment services to an existing major account, representing a vast network of candidates and aligning their skills and aspirations with our customers' needs. Your role involves engaging with the engineering and technical market, identifying opportunities to attract and engage new talent, and fostering long-term relationships with candidates to exceed placement targets. Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Proficient in Boolean searching across LinkedIn and third-party job boards. Capable of building and executing targeted campaigns on LinkedIn for direct sourcing.
  • Candidate Qualifying and Screening: Evaluate and screen candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and match the needs of our customers.
  • Talent Pooling: Develop and maintain a robust talent pool to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates for current and future job opportunities.
  • Job Opportunity Management: Manage job postings, applications, and candidate communications effectively to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • CRM and Recruitment Process Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are logged in the CRM system and adhere to the company's recruitment process and compliance standards.

Accountant - VS

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial operations within an ecommerce company. The Accountant will be responsible for conducting account reconciliations, assisting in the month-end and year-end financial closing processes, ensuring strict compliance with financial regulations, and driving process improvements within the accounting department.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Reconciliation: Conduct thorough reviews and reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
  • Financial Closing: Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation and analysis of journal entries, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Financial Statements: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring they meet regulatory and company standards.
  • Chart of Accounts Management: Manage and optimize the chart of accounts to support efficient financial reporting and analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Drive process improvements in the accounting department, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to financial laws and regulations; support financial audits by providing necessary data and insights.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive financial strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • CPA or actively pursuing it.
  • At least 4 years of experience in accounting or a similar role, demonstrating a progression of responsibility and expertise in general accountancy.
  • Current or previous experience working for one of the Big 4 accounting firms, showcasing a strong foundation in accounting principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar ERP systems is highly valued but not required, with a deep understanding of adapting technology to streamline accounting processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), financial procedures, and reporting requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to financial management, with a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Experience in a start-up or rapidly growing business environment is highly desirable, reflecting flexibility and adaptability to dynamic business needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identifying and working to remove barriers to the PO and receiving process
    • Providing timely project status updates to Management
    • Maintaining and updating company database
    • Generating customized reports and pivot tables in addition to utilizing V-Lookup functionality
    • Creating and tracking purchase orders, deliverables, and receiving
    • Serving as primary point of contact for market customers on PO’s and receiving
    • Communicate with Site Acquisition Specialists and Project Manager to resolve issues with OOM's and provide project updates.
    • Request information from PM's and SAS's to verify that project are correct and updated
    • Generate lists of missing PO's and received action items
    • Process information in NSite and/or Oracle
    • Monitor budget and report on PO and received in relations to the budget and to ensure PO's and receive correctly reflect site acquisition work.
    • Send requests to the closeouts team to actualize project dates when tasks are completed
    • Research any projects, new or old, when asked by the PM's for specific reasons

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree OR 5 years of equivalent work experience
    • Project management skills and the ability to resolve complex problems and issues
    • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience
    • Norad, NSite, Oracle and NXO experience, a huge plus
    • Accounting or Purchasing experience, preferred
