  1. Free consultation
    First, we will set up a time for us to learn about your business and assess your goals and needs. We will answer any questions you may have about us or about outsourcing in general. This consultation may be a voice call, e-mail exchange, video conference, or face-to-face meeting. Our doors are always open for potential clients who want to visit our offices and meet the Sourcefit team.

  2. Creating a plan
    Based on our discussions, we will create a plan that will cover manpower and infrastructure requirements, hiring structure (staff leasing or managed solution), timelines, and pricing structure. This plan requires no obligation on your part and is subject to further discussions until we reach a mutual agreement on all points.

  3. Recruiting your staff
    Once a plan is in place, we will begin recruiting your staff. We will pre-screen all candidates and make the top prospects available for a videoconference interview (should that be the selection process you choose). While we are confident in the value proposition of our staff offerings, there is still no obligation for you until you feel you have found the perfect fit for your business. We will go through all of the above steps in good faith because our business is built on long-term relationships and the belief that the more knowledge you have, the better positioned you are to assess your prospects for long-term success with Sourcefit.

  4. Finalizing an agreement
    Once you have identified the candidates you wish to hire, we will finalize and sign our outsourcing agreement and formally begin operations.

  5. Set up
    After finalizing the above, we will assign the necessary office space, workstations, and network infrastructure to your team. As soon as recruiting and any training is finished, your team can begin its work.

  6. Support
    Our HR and Tech teams will closely support your staff and ensure that your operations at our location run smoothly. Our goal is to make you feel as if your offshore team is just down the hall, and we pledge to make ourselves available 24/7 to answer any concerns you may have. Communication is our cornerstone.
