Sourcing Associate

Summary:

The Sourcing Associate plays a critical role in our talent acquisition process. This entails utilizing a variety of recruitment channels to identify and connect with potential candidates, ensuring they are not only qualified for the role but also a tailored fit. You will work closely with Recruiters to expedite the hiring process, maintain a robust pipeline of candidates, and contribute to the efficiency of our talent identification process for future positions.

Job Details:

Position: Sourcing Associate

Location: Eastwood Libis, QC (Work from home until further notice)

Possible Shifts:

Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM

Monday to Friday | 12 PM to 9 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various recruitment channels (Jobstreet, Monster, Facebook, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) to proactively source and connect with potential candidates.
  • Calling out candidates and conducting initial screenings tailored to the role, ensuring candidates are an excellent fit for the position.
  • Review candidate resumes to assess their qualifications and endorses qualified applicants to the Recruiters.
  • Format resumes for client submittal or benchmarking.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
  • Send emails to candidates as part of the initial screening process.
  • Develop and nurture a network of highly qualified candidates and maintain a pipeline for various positions.
  • Upload candidate resumes in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ensure that the status of jobs and candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System is consistently updated.
  • Generate and send daily and weekly reports on sourcing and screening activities.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as required to support the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of experience in a similar role including callouts to potential candidates. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and job boards.

Senior Software Developer

Job Details:

  • Senior Software Developer (C# .Net with Angular, or Knockout exp)
  • Work Onsite or Work from Home Setup
  • Monday to Friday | 9 PM to 6 AM Manila time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop .NET web applications using C#, SQL, HTML5.0, JavaScript, SOAP, WCF Services, IIS, CSS, jQuery, and Classic ASP.
  • Apply strong knowledge and experience with Structured Query Language (SQL).
  • Design and develop software based on Agile SDLC methodology, including standups, estimation, iterative development, CI, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to building a Continuous Integration & Continuous Development for automated delivery solutions.
  • Stay abreast of new capabilities offered by open-source tools and cloud services to proactively incorporate them within the platform.
  • Build applications using a test-driven development approach and provide feedback on the work of junior developers.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional hands-on experience in developing high-performance and highly scalable software applications in an agile environment.
  • Solid understanding of C#, Microsoft Visual Studio IDE, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, AJAX, Entity Framework, HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, etc.
  • Experience with web tools and technologies such as JavaScript, Bootstrap, JSON, and client-side frameworks like Angular, React, Knockout, etc.
  • Experience with Git, third-party SDK integrations, RESTful APIs, OAuth, JSON, and web services.
  • Experience migrating code through various environments, creating code branches, and resolving merge conflicts.
  • Experience with developing mobile applications based on iOS and Android platforms.
  • Fundamental knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, problem-solving, and complexity analysis.
  • Able to communicate and actively participate in customer calls to understand requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to multitask while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, adhere to deadlines, and effectively collaborate in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and work to remove barriers to successful completion of the overall project, with particular emphasis on resolving issues.
  • Provide timely project status updates to the Project Managers addressing any problems and issues that cannot be resolved at lower levels.
  • Maintain and update the company database.
  • Create and track contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and complete project close-out manuals.
  • Daily assessment of job status and identify needs to close projects out in a timely manner.
