AU Accountant

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Accountant with excellent English communication skills and expertise in MYOB. This role is perfect for a professional who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and is happy and content in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will excel in providing crucial support in profit and loss analysis for our companies and projects, data entry to provide the financials needed for P&Ls, assisting and collaborating on new systems, and be trained to be also our OH& S manager interfacing with builders to assist with inductions on work sites.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with our Australian staff.
  • Conduct profit and loss analysis for various jobs and overall company performance.
  • Assist in the development and optimization of internal systems and processes.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks.
  • Provide support in maintaining and improving Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
  • Handle other administrative duties as required to support the office and its functions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with MYOB software.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

As a Quality CAD Operator, you are responsible for providing computer-aided design (“CAD”) drafting and detailing for the development of more complex modification drawings for guyed, self-supporting, and monopole towers and foundations. In addition, you will:

  • Prepare modification drawings that include upgrades, extensions, and reinforcements to towers, mounts, platforms, and foundations.
  • Prepare other drawings and CAD products as needed by Engineering.
  • Create preliminary bills of materials, quantity estimates, and fabrication drawings for proposed reinforcing projects for budget estimates.
  • Collaborate on design matters with engineering staff.
  • Provide training and direction to less experienced CAD operators.
  • Develop CAD library of previous modification and extension templates to optimize design effort.
  • Perform detailed QA/QC of drawings.
  • Coordinate CAD services with administrative staff to ensure all work is completed and submitted for billing on a timely basis.
  • Evaluate work priorities within the appropriate work queues and aligns resources to meet required work cycle times.
  • Design, development, and layout of construction drawings supporting telecommunication towers and various supporting telecommunications infrastructure. This may include electrical schematic plans, tower elevations, shelters, innovation shelters, outdoor cabinets, platforms, rooftops, alarm schedules, overall site plans, compound plans, and electrical/civil details.
  • Conduct periodic site visits to ensure to proper implementation of turnkey construction jobs.
  • Adhere to applicable safety and OSHA procedures.

  • Must have a working knowledge of proper steel detailing
  • Must have a working knowledge of structural components and design methods.

Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing digital ad campaigns, creating engaging content, and maintaining the brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Meta and Google ad management, as well as creative skills for designing promotional materials. This role requires a balance of analytical and creative capabilities to drive successful campaigns and achieve key marketing objectives.

Job Details:

  • Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 AM to 11:00 AM (Manila Time) for approximately one week.
  • Post-Training Schedule: After training, candidates may shift to a different schedule, as long as there is a 2 to 4-hour overlap.
  • Work Arrangement: Remote / Work from Home.
  • Holidays: Observe local holidays based on the candidate’s country of hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Ad Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads, focusing on lead generation and conversion.
  • Creative Development: Design compelling visuals and ad creatives using existing brand assets. Collaborate with the team to develop new promotional content for digital campaigns, social media posts, and print materials (e.g., flyers, event promotions).
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, cost per lead, and impressions. Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
  • Content Creation: Assist in developing copy and visual content for social media posts, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the leadership team to discuss campaign performance, update strategies, and align on promotional activities. Attend weekly meetings to review progress and plan upcoming initiatives.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold brand standards across all marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive and professional appearance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Meta and Google Ads.
  • Creative Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visuals and promotional content.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights from campaign performance metrics.
