Implementation Builder

Position Summary:

The Implementation Builder will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers are seamlessly onboarded onto the Client’s platform. Working closely with the Implementation Specialists, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer data and configuring platform settings per the specifications given to you from the assigned Implementation Specialist. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key to helping our customers get up and running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Ensure accurate and efficient entry of customer data into the Client's platform.
  • CRM Management: Maintain thorough and organized notes within our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring data hygiene and up-to-date customer records.
  • Platform Configuration: Assist in configuring customer settings within the Client's system to tailor the platform to their specific needs.
  • File Conversion: Manipulate and convert customer files (e.g., CSVs, PDFs) into formats compatible with the Client's systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Implementation Specialists to configure customer accounts through the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in data entry and working with CRM systems like Hubspot or similar.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in converting files into CSV formats for import into software platforms.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a strong ability to take detailed notes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and file conversions.
  • Time Management: Efficient time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the roofing or construction industry is a plus, but not required.

Photo Retoucher (Consultant)

Job Summary:

As a Photo Retoucher you will be responsible for editing and producing final images to be submitted to photographic labs

Job Details:

  • Photo Retoucher/Editor (Consultant)
  • Eastwood, Quezon City (on-site)
  • 6 AM to 3 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Use software provided to produce final images to be submitted to photographic labs.
  • Maintain databases and paperwork required to monitor and track the submission and return of work.
  • Ensure all retouching is completed and delivered to the laboratory/suppliers within the specified time frames.

Qualifications:

  • Advance level of experience with Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience with Retouching photo’s would be a plus

Patient Service Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing clear and concise information to patients via video or phone consultations, explaining complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork.

Job Details:

  • Work Onsite - Eastwood Libis, QC
  • Monday to Friday | 10 PM to 7 AM Manila Time
  • Following US holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to provide clear and concise information to patients via video or phone consultations.
  • Demonstrate patience and a knack for explaining complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, adhering to all company policies and procedures regarding patient confidentiality, data security, and telemedicine best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and foster a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Participate in team meetings or huddles to discuss patient cases, share insights, and collaborate on solutions.
  • Schedule calls with patients and doctors for future consultations.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating special events or projects as assigned by the team coordinators.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an associate's degree is required.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a BPO setting, specifically in Customer Service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork.
  • A desire to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Ability to work night shifts, on-site, and handle continuing calls.
