Recruiter

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring associate attorneys, senior attorneys, and partner-level attorneys. The Recruiter will also be responsible for hiring paralegals, legal support personnel, marketing personnel, and administrative roles. We need a professional who can generate leads well and who has experience with applicant tracking system (Lever knowledge is highly preferred, but not a deal breaker). We would also prefer someone with sophisticated tech skills to clean up and organize our applicant tracking system database, just so we're not knocking out candidate's w/o lever-specific knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for roles including but not limited to associate attorneys, senior attorneys, and partner-level attorneys.
  • Utilize Lever to manage recruitment processes and candidate pipelines.
  • Endorse candidates for consideration based on their qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Clean up and maintain the candidate database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in using Lever is a huge advantage.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in cleaning up and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

PV CAD Designer

The position requires the ability to develop a system design from photos and survey information of the jobs site. The ability to be detail-oriented with a problem-solving mentality. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a large volume of projects while demonstrating efficient project management skills.

Job Details:

  • PV CAD Designer
  • Work from home
  • Monday to Friday | 4 AM to 1 PM or 6 AM to 3 PM Philippine Time
  • Remote Training for 3 weeks

Responsibilities:

  • Use AutoCAD software to design photovoltaic & energy storage systems based on information gathered from site surveys.
  • Work cross-functionally with other operations team members and sales teams to ensure clients’ needs are met and project timelines are at a minimum.
  • Track all projects through the permitting process and utilize the project management software to keep projects moving forward.
  • Review permit & inspection comments and provide responses to resolve corrections.
  • Perform additional design & engineering duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in designing PV systems
  • Moderate level of experience using Excel for electrical calculations
  • Good understanding of the CA electrical code
  • Basic knowledge of residential construction is preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required

HR Business Partner

HR Business Partners help in the overall people strategy of the business whose are people champion and change managers. They are a strategic partner for the business who works closely with line managers in setting priorities, driving values, and delivering results.

Job Details:

  • Eastwood Libis, QC (Hybrid – one day per week at our Eastwood Office)
  • Monday to Friday | 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic support to employees and client by focusing on the workforce.
  • Upskill employees by identifying training needs and offering programs aligned with business objectives in partnership with Training and Quality team.
  • Regularly review workforce plan in terms of right size, cost, and agility.
  • Where applicable design a succession plan for key talents to be developed fill in critical roles.
  • Empower leaders and immediate managers by coaching them and acting as consultant on all HR matters.
  • Host a regular meeting with business leaders/employees and provide HR advice as needed.
  • Keep an up-to-date knowledge on local employment laws and regulations, market practices and industry standards.
  • Act as experts on creation and implementation of HR processes and policies.
  • Conduct day to day performance management.
  • Help and advice team leads/operations managers/clients to deal with any organization, people and change related matters.
  • Observe workforce and assess how productivity can be increased to improve overall performance of business.
  • Partner with Recruitment and Training and Quality departments to implement innovative strategies to attract talents.
  • Be up to date with compensation and benefits strategy, where applicable implement reward and recognition intervention to engage and inspire improving performance.
  • Champion Sourcefit culture and become an essential contributor in creating a exceptional employee experience.
  • Provide recommendations for culture related initiatives between client and Sourcefit.
  • Execute HR interventions for employee wellness, talent management, engagement and diversity and inclusion.
  • Partner with management/client and employees in addressing conflicts to help maintain a positive employee relations, working environment, morale and prevent unwanted turnover.
  • Provide significant support to Senior HR Manager in transforming Sourcefit’s HR Department.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding of new joiners from job offer, new hire orientation and client coordination.
  • Schedule and conduct regular 30-60-90 day meeting with employee.
  • Facilitate evaluation of performance and staff movement.
  • Be the point of contact for staff and assigned accounts.
  • Responsible for employee relations and compliance for assigned accounts.
  • Manage employee disputes, performance improvement plan and cases.

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology or any related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in HR Business Partnering with at least 2 years experience in BPO industry.
  • Expertise in employee relations.
