Account Specialist - BIG

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service
  • Communicate over the phone/via e-mail with Customers.
  • Manage customer service ticketing system.
  • Ensure timely resolution to customer service requests.
  • Complete other customer support duties when needed.
  • Process web orders
  • Communicate with the fulfillment department to resolve order issues tied to fulfillment/shipping/delivery.
  • Assist with new product SKU creation on multiple platforms.
  • Perform data entry to support cross-functional programs.
  • SKU creation and maintenance for online platform
  • Run monthly reports and provide them to the Sales team to support business analysis.
  • Manage online returns process.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Service role
  • Knowledge of Excel to assist with formatting and maintenance of data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze issues and solve problems.
  • Ability to communicate in a positive manner.
  • Ability to engage, foster, and support a team atmosphere.

Sourcing Associate

Summary:

The Sourcing Associate plays a critical role in our talent acquisition process. This entails utilizing a variety of recruitment channels to identify and connect with potential candidates, ensuring they are not only qualified for the role but also a tailored fit. You will work closely with Recruiters to expedite the hiring process, maintain a robust pipeline of candidates, and contribute to the efficiency of our talent identification process for future positions.

Job Details:

Position: Sourcing Associate

Location: Eastwood Libis, QC (Work from home until further notice)

Possible Shifts:

Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM

Monday to Friday | 12 PM to 9 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various recruitment channels (Jobstreet, Monster, Facebook, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) to proactively source and connect with potential candidates.
  • Calling out candidates and conducting initial screenings tailored to the role, ensuring candidates are an excellent fit for the position.
  • Review candidate resumes to assess their qualifications and endorses qualified applicants to the Recruiters.
  • Format resumes for client submittal or benchmarking.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
  • Send emails to candidates as part of the initial screening process.
  • Develop and nurture a network of highly qualified candidates and maintain a pipeline for various positions.
  • Upload candidate resumes in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ensure that the status of jobs and candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System is consistently updated.
  • Generate and send daily and weekly reports on sourcing and screening activities.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as required to support the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of experience in a similar role including callouts to potential candidates. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Senior Software Developer

Job Details:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop .NET web applications using C#, SQL, HTML5.0, JavaScript, SOAP, WCF Services, IIS, CSS, jQuery, and Classic ASP.
  • Apply strong knowledge and experience with Structured Query Language (SQL).
  • Design and develop software based on Agile SDLC methodology, including standups, estimation, iterative development, CI, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to building a Continuous Integration & Continuous Development for automated delivery solutions.
