Product Analyst

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our team. The Product Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders and the Product Owner to define requirements, analyze options, and contribute to the development of epics and user stories. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate conversations into structured documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide key inputs for the Product Owner to assess options and select an approach to achieving the epic goals.
  • Work with stakeholders to define backlog items and ensure they align with overall objectives.
  • Define, analyze, and document specific requirements, including identifying the "as-is" situation and creating problem statements for the current status.
  • Collaborate with contributors to define the to-be status and lead the gathering of requirements for new functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential technical solutions and contribute to the creation of epics and user stories to implement those solutions.
  • Ensure backlog items have sufficient detail to accurately judge requirements and facilitate smooth sprint cycles.
  • Own the analysis and documentation of business requirements, validating them with all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with operational and delivery teams throughout sprint cycles to ensure successful implementation of requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience and understanding of operating using Scrum, Kanban, and/or agile methodologies.
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar field.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate conversations into structured documents.
  • Experience in user journey mapping and user story creation.
  • Experience in a DevOps environment is desirable.
  • Ability to work under pressure and autonomously.
  • A can-do attitude and a team-player mentality.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Jira.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead internal and external project teams to ensure on-budget and on-schedule delivery.
  • Report and communicate to the external customer(s) and internal management each day.
  • Build processes and teams required to deliver all project requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Project Construction Lead for timing, execution, and closeout of individual projects.
  • Lead weekly meetings with the client and project team.
  • Send crews to projects and direct them on the overall tasks needed to be completed.
  • Bid and bill each project once complete.
  • Approve timesheets and daily logs.
  • Ensure the crew has the correct equipment needed for the project.
  • Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar degree.
  • You have 3 years of construction project experience.
  • Experience with Ericsson equipment.
  • Can speak Troubleshooting Language, troubleshooting with Tower Crews
  • Comfortable speaking with Construction Crews on the Field, working through the work from start to finish.
  • You have advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more and 20 inches or less, with the ability to judge distance and space relationships.

Roof Measurement Specialist

Position Summary:

The Roof Measurement Specialist is responsible for accurately capturing and documenting detailed roof measurements and features using specialized software. This role requires a high level of precision, technical aptitude, and a solid understanding of roofing structures and terminology. The Specialist will input customer and property details, select and manage roof imagery, precisely draw roof outlines, label key roof elements, assign accurate pitches, and utilize software tools to refine and organize measurement data. Upon completion, the Specialist will generate final roof reports in the required format and provide them to clients or stakeholders. This position demands excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Input address and customer details into the Roofer platform to initiate roof measurements.
  • Select and manage roof imagery that would be used.
  • Precisely draw roof outlines using tools like the 90-degree snapping feature to ensure accurate edge alignment.
  • Label various roof features including eaves, valleys, hips, ridges, and rakes, applying your knowledge of roofing structures for accurate categorization.
  • Assign the correct pitch to each roof facet, adjusting for slope and integrating additional architectural features like dormers.
  • Utilize the platform's layering and editing tools to organize and refine measurement details, making use of functionalities such as undo, redo, and delete to correct errors.
  • Save ongoing projects and return to them as needed, ensuring no details are lost between sessions.
  • Upon completion of measurements and labeling, proceed to generate the final roof report, selecting appropriate output formats and sending the report to clients or stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in building roof reports, AutoCAD or Architecture.
  • High attention to detail and precision, with a keen eye for aesthetics and technical accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of roofing terminology and structural elements, or willingness to learn quickly on the job.
  • Competence in handling digital tools and software for data entry and image manipulation.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving skills to navigate software issues or measurement challenges.
