Customer Service Representative

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this position, you will handle inbound calls, provide necessary assistance to prospective tenants, manage communications via our CRM, and schedule appointments with our team of agents. You will also be responsible for providing accurate information about our properties, documenting potential tenant details, coordinating with our property staff, and handling corporate line calls.

    • Monday to Friday | 10 PM to 7 AM Manila Time

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls: Attend to calls coming from various properties, especially those that the site staff are unable to address. Ensure clear and effective communication to resolve issues or provide necessary information.
  • Respond to inquiries: Provide prompt responses to inquiries from individuals looking to rent an apartment. Offer necessary information and assistance to facilitate their decision-making process.
  • Manage communications: Use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage emails and text messages. Respond to potential tenants in a timely and professional manner to address their concerns or inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments: Coordinate with our team of agents to schedule appointments and follow-ups at the specific building the potential tenant is interested in. Ensure a smooth and efficient appointment process.
  • Provide property information: Offer accurate and comprehensive information about our properties. Guide potential tenants to our website for more detailed information.
  • Document tenant details: Capture and record contact information and other relevant details of potential tenants in the CRM and Dial Pad dashboards. Maintain updated and accurate records for easy reference and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with property staff: Work closely with our US-based staff at various properties to procure more leads and accelerate rentals. Facilitate inter-departmental communication and coordination for optimal results.
  • Handle corporate line calls: Answer corporate line calls, recording messages and forwarding them to the relevant individuals via Dial Pad or Outlook. Ensure clear and timely communication within the organization.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Service role
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a HUGE PLUS
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other communication tools like Dial Pad and Outlook.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service
  • Communicate over the phone/via e-mail with Customers.
  • Manage customer service ticketing system.
  • Ensure timely resolution to customer service requests.
  • Complete other customer support duties when needed.
  • Process web orders
  • Communicate with the fulfillment department to resolve order issues tied to fulfillment/shipping/delivery.
  • Assist with new product SKU creation on multiple platforms.
  • Perform data entry to support cross-functional programs.

  • Run monthly reports and provide them to the Sales team to support business analysis.

Qualifications:

Leasing Specialist - Legal

Position Summary

As a Leasing Specialist - Legal, you will be performing a legal and quality review of all legal document deliverables before they go to a client or to a Landlord, to ensure 100% compliance with all client requirements and quality and legal guidelines. Prepare and submit lease packages to client business and legal for client final approval. Prepare and obtain full signatures on the lease package documents. Over time, will mentor Site Acquisition Specialists. Draft, negotiate, and redline new lease agreements for new site build and small cell sites. Handles all legal issues (clearing of title issues, Landlord negotiations, Easements, etc.). Extensive training will be provided. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking to learn and grow in a career in telecommunications.

Responsibilities:

  • Review all documents prepared by the Site Acquisition Specialists, including Lease Agreements, Amendments, Easement agreements, collocation applications, etc., and the entire leasing business and legal approval packages to ensure 100% compliance with all legal and client requirements
  • Mentor Site Acquisition Specialist’s on leasing and client requirements
  • Act as an advisor to the Site Acquisition team on all leasing-related site acquisition issues
  • Partner with Site Acquisition Specialists during difficult Landlord lease negotiations
  • Assist Site Acquisition Specialists with the drafting of non-standard lease and amendment language
  • Draft lease/easement agreements, lead negotiations with potential new Landlords, redline agreements and get final agreements to the point where both Landlord and Client’s business/legal approve and execute.
  • Prepare and obtain full signature on lease package documents
  • Clear all title issues (including drafting and recording MOL’s and SNDAs)
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Provide guidance and direction to site-specific leasing issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ degree required, Paralegal or J.D. degree preferred
  • (3) Three years experience in leasing, contracts, real estate, and/or related functional areas preferably in telecommunication preferred
