Responsibilities:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels, including budget management, ad creation, and performance analysis.
  • Marketing Analytics: Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Content Creation Collaboration: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for blogs, email newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media, SEO, marketing analytics, and PPC.

Data Processor

Position Summary

A growing marketing and lead-generation solutions provider is seeking a Data Processor to support our client delivery team. This role focuses on preparing and cleaning data for email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. You will handle spreadsheets, AI-driven tools, and outreach platforms to ensure marketing campaigns are set up accurately and on time.

While this is not a client-facing role, it requires strong attention to detail, excellent English proficiency (particularly UK spelling), and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Gathering & Cleaning
    • Gather leads and other information using AI-based scraping or data-import tools.
    • Clean, filter, and organize data in Excel (removing duplicates, verifying spelling, etc.).
    • Ensure all relevant data is spelled correctly (UK English) before use.
  2. Campaign Setup & Launch
    • Upload cleaned data into outreach platforms (e.g., SmartLead, Meet Alfred, etc.).
    • Create or duplicate existing campaign templates, inserting correct merge fields and personalization tags.
    • Launch campaigns and confirm all messages are sending as intended.
  3. Quality Assurance
    • Perform basic checks (email validity, formatting, correct targeting).
    • Balance speed with accuracy, ensuring each campaign meets quality standards.
    • Identify and correct minor errors quickly.
  4. Collaboration & Reporting
    • Communicate with the client delivery team for instructions, updates, and issue resolution.
    • Provide regular status reports on completed tasks.
    • Incorporate feedback promptly to refine and improve the data process.
  5. Process Improvement
    • Suggest more efficient ways to gather and clean data.
    • Keep current with best practices and software enhancements that could streamline workflows.

Qualifications

  1. Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (filtering, basic formulas, spell-checking).
    • Familiarity with CRM or outreach tools is a plus.
    • Comfortable learning new software, including AI-based data tools.

    • Strong proofreading skills in UK English.

  • Data Interpretation: Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, translating findings into actionable business insights.
  • Dashboard & Visualization: Build interactive dashboards and visualizations in Domo that provide a clear narrative of key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Process Automation: Utilize Domo's automation capabilities to streamline reporting workflows, saving time and resources.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs, providing custom data solutions and ongoing support.
  • Data Quality & Integrity: Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure data reliability, and address discrepancies when necessary.
