Job Details:

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service
  • Communicate over the phone/via e-mail with Customers.
  • Manage customer service ticketing system.
  • Ensure timely resolution to customer service requests.
  • Complete other customer support duties when needed.
  • Process web orders
  • Communicate with the fulfillment department to resolve order issues tied to fulfillment/shipping/delivery.
  • Assist with new product SKU creation on multiple platforms.
  • Perform data entry to support cross-functional programs.
  • SKU creation and maintenance for online platform
  • Run monthly reports and provide them to the Sales team to support business analysis.
  • Manage online returns process.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Service role
  • Knowledge of Excel to assist with formatting and maintenance of data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze issues and solve problems.
  • Ability to communicate in a positive manner.
  • Ability to engage, foster, and support a team atmosphere.
  • Must be able to work in a constantly changing environment; flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Must be able to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and work to remove barriers to successful completion of the overall project, with particular emphasis on resolving issues.
  • Provide timely project status updates to the Project Managers addressing any problems and issues that cannot be resolved at lower levels.
  • Maintain and update the company database.
  • Create and track contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and complete project close-out manuals.
  • Daily assessment of job status and identify needs to close projects out in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • You have strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
  • You have Data Entry experience.
  • You have Norad and Oracle experience, a huge plus.
  • Possess Telecom experience.
  • You have a construction background.
