The Drupal Web Developer at our client's company is pivotal in managing the technical aspects of the Content Management System (CMS). They are responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Drupal web environment for both the client's primary website and its affiliated properties. Working closely with various stakeholders, the developer ensures seamless operation and development of web components and templates.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Drupal web environment for the client's website and associated properties.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive component library to streamline development processes.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gather requirements for new page and component development.
- Coordinate closely with web producers to ensure accurate implementation of pages and components.
- Swiftly address and resolve any bugs or defects identified within the CMS environment.
- Utilize Asana to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Work within defined sprints, as outlined by the head of web strategy and development and the web project manager.
- Directly communicate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and align development efforts accordingly.
- Collaborate with UX design to ensure user-friendly and visually appealing web experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing in Drupal or similar enterprise-level CMS platforms.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Node.js with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Podcast Review: Regularly review podcast listings to ensure all information is accurate and complete. Identify gaps or inconsistencies that require further research.
- Data Collection: Conduct in-depth research using reliable sources to fill in any missing or incomplete information in the podcast listings.
- Content Enhancement: Utilize your understanding of the podcast landscape to add relevant details that could improve the listener's experience.
- Quality Assurance: Cross-check the information to ensure it aligns with platform policies and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Liaise with other departments like Content Management and Marketing to share findings and improvements.
- Reporting: Keep track of workflow and update management on the status of reviewed podcasts, including the changes made or challenges encountered.
Qualifications:

Senior Full-Stack Developer

You will collaborate with teams in Australia and the Philippines, working to ensure smooth project delivery, clear communication, and continuous improvement.

Contribute to Sprint Work: Actively participate in regular sprint cycles, working on assigned tasks such as bug fixes, feature enhancements, and new developments, ensuring timely completion and quality output.
Provide Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Quickly learn and assimilate knowledge from senior developers and lead developers, taking on technical support and troubleshooting responsibilities to relieve their workload.
Be a Resource to Other Developers: Provide guidance and coaching to junior and mid-level developers, offering technical advice and assistance as needed to help them grow and improve their skills.
Lead and Participate in Development Projects: Take ownership of various development projects, both individually and as part of a team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines, and managing project scope effectively.
Code Reviews and Feedback: Regularly participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback on code quality, design patterns, and best practices to ensure high standards of development are maintained across the team.

Qualifications:
Excellent spoken and written English.
Proven experience with .NET and ASP.NET
Proficient in C#.NET and familiar with VB.NET
Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services
Proven experience with one or more of the following:
Public API development (SOAP/RESTful) and integrating with third-party services.
ASP.NET Core Identity and SSO (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
Using DevExpress OR Telerik.
Moving a project and codebase to newer .NET
A positive, enthusiastic attitude with excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage feedback, work independently, and take ownership of projects.
Proactive in communication, able to work closely with a team spread across locations.
Able to coach other developers and eventually lead the Philippines team.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Familiarity with Xero APIs or experience integrating with accounting software.
Experience with Azure DevOps and managing CI/CD pipelines.
