Junior Graphic Designer

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Junior Graphic Designer that wants to be a part of team, creating dramatic and impactful change within a fast-paced startup environment. Job Details

  • Work from home
  • Monday to Friday | 6 AM to 3 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Create both print and digital graphics that are brand-appropriate
  • Presentation decks
  • Design visually arresting social media graphics for our omni-channel marketing efforts
  • Select and retouch stock photography as needed
  • Work cross-functionally on design for paid advertising, content marketing, product packaging, and experiential marketing efforts
  • Collaborate and brainstorm visual solutions for multiple channels
  • Ability to follow internal design process and own design projects from sketch to final production
  • Manage artwork ensuring it is brand right and designed to precise detail
  • Archive all created graphics and photos according to specifications
  • Assist with upload to content management system once graphics are finished

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Must be proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Must have working knowledge of InDesign
  • Must have typographic sensibility and be able to typeset content that follows typographic rules.
  • Must be very organized and systematic
  • Must have a trained eye for design and picking the best imagery
  • Willing to learn and try new design solutions
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Must be adaptable, self-starter, and take initiative
  • Motion graphics and video design experience a plus

Implementation Consultant

As an Implementation Consultant you will be:

  • Working with customers to deliver custom technical solutions, including gathering technical and functional requirements, managing scope, communicating status, and facilitating user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across our global organization, including: UI/UX designers, software engineers, quality assurance analysts, and sales reps. You will be joining the Services arm of the APAC Customer Experience team, working closely with Learning Consultants, Project Managers, and Customer Success Managers.
  • Providing consulting to groups of varying sizes, audiences and experience levels. Your skills translating technical concepts into everyday language will be highly regarded.
  • Researching and understanding client needs and objectives to support customization of services, growth of consulting offerings, and improved customer experience.
  • Identifying areas where additional support, training, or consulting are needed.
  • Participating in team projects that support goals and initiatives of the team.
  • Build and maintain technical documentation regarding integrations and systems managed by the team.

Job Details

  • Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM PH Time
  • Hybrid Set Up (Monday, Thursday, and Friday WFH; Tuesday and Wednesday Onsite)

Here is what you will need to know/have:

  • Experience designing and deploying technical solutions in a SaaS environment
  • Technical expertise with multiple identity provider authentication systems
  • Experience and familiarity in working with APIs
  • Experience with a programming language (JavaScript and/or Python are a plus)
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to engage with a wide variety of audiences, including academics/teachers, administrators and leadership.
  • Ability to use web conferencing technologies and web-based tools like Gmail, Google Docs and Google Calendar to coordinate, manage and facilitate training

Ideally, you’ll also know/have:

  • Working knowledge of technology deployment strategies and best practices, especially in an educational context.
  • Experience building custom reports and data visualizations, and helping customers interpret and understand their data.

Data Scientist

Position Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join their team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data manipulation, with expertise in Azure AI services and cognitive technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced machine learning models for forecasting, churn prediction, and OCR using Azure AI services
  • Design and implement AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants using Azure Bot Service
  • Leverage Azure Cognitive Services for text analytics, computer vision, and speech recognition tasks
  • Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and drive business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems using data-driven approaches
  • Create and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and model deployment
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner

Qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on forecasting, churn prediction, and cognitive services
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques
  • Extensive experience with Azure AI services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Bot Service
  • Hands-on experience implementing OCR solutions using Azure Computer Vision or custom models
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI technologies
  • Experience with Azure Databricks and other Azure data services
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
