PV CAD Designer

The position requires the ability to develop a system design from photos and survey information of the jobs site. The ability to be detail-oriented with a problem-solving mentality. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a large volume of projects while demonstrating efficient project management skills.

Job Details:

  • PV CAD Designer
  • Work from home
  • Monday to Friday | 4 AM to 1 PM or 6 AM to 3 PM Philippine Time
  • Remote Training for 3 weeks

Responsibilities:

  • Use AutoCAD software to design photovoltaic & energy storage systems based on information gathered from site surveys.
  • Work cross-functionally with other operations team members and sales teams to ensure clients’ needs are met and project timelines are at a minimum.
  • Track all projects through the permitting process and utilize the project management software to keep projects moving forward.
  • Review permit & inspection comments and provide responses to resolve corrections.
  • Perform additional design & engineering duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in designing PV systems
  • Moderate level of experience using Excel for electrical calculations
  • Good understanding of the CA electrical code
  • Basic knowledge of residential construction is preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required

Architect / Structural Calculation Engineer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect / Structural Calculation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the design and calculation of structural components, as well as creating detailed architectural drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for this role. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic quality of our projects.

Job Details:

  • Onsite – Bridgetowne, Pasig
  • Monday to Friday | 3 PM to 12 AM PH time (flexi up to 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM PH time)

Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

  • Handle the design of architectural and structural elements for various projects.
  • Develop innovative and effective design solutions that meet client requirements and project specifications.

Structural Calculations:

  • Perform detailed structural calculations to ensure the safety and stability of buildings and structures.
  • Analyze loads, materials, and structural systems to provide accurate and reliable calculations.

Architectural Drawings:

  • Create detailed architectural drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD.
  • Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and construction professionals to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Review and approve designs and calculations from team members and consultants.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of design documents to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and detail in all design and calculation work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in architectural design and structural calculations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Estimator

Position Summary:

The Estimator will play a crucial role in creating identified opportunities for both Quoted Service Works and Minor Works across Australia. This position focuses on three core activities:

  • Estimating profitable margins on all estimates
  • Clear written and verbal communication with all stakeholders via phone, email, and Teams
  • Efficient turnaround on submission of estimates to the customer or their representative

Job Details:

  • Work from Home
  • Monday to Friday | 6 AM to 3 PM Philippine Time
  • *Following Australian Public Holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Salesforce cases generated by our service team from quotes identified onsite with customers, ensuring clarity in the data supplied.
  • Follow up with technicians via phone, Teams, and email when necessary.
  • Generate quotes within 1 business day, Australia-wide.
  • Source parts and prices using the client's estimate tool.
  • Call or email suppliers for pricing information.
  • Ensure profit margins are met.
  • Manage documentation in accordance with the quality management system.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite of Products with a high level of knowledge in Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus but not a requirement.
  • High level of organizational and multitasking abilities is essential.
  • Keen eye for detail, especially concerning financial documents, is a must.
  • Experience working with Australian companies is a plus but not a requirement.
