OSP Design Engineer
Job Summary:
MasTec is seeking a full-time OSP Designer in support of a large-scale telecommunications project for both OSP Fiber and Copper Networks. Position requires experience with outside plant in aerial, buried and/or underground facilities. The OSP Engineer must work cohesively with the Field PM.

Responsibilities:
- Receive field data collected, analyze local and wide area network systems, and provide fiber route design in accordance with customer specifications and guidelines.
- Read and understand road prints, utility maps, and as-builts to identify conflicts with existing facilities.
- Collaborate with any necessary vendor, as well as internal GIS and CAD teams to produce all required documentation for application packages.
- Follow very specific and detailed procedures already implemented while remaining flexible enough to readily adapt to changing standards and procedures without notice.
- Coordinate with project team for forecasting, scheduling, resources management, and quality assurance.
- Review project deliverables for accuracy and apprise project management team of risks, issues, and recommended mitigations.
- Work in tandem with various managers across the project to identify scope creep, manage to change orders, and complete routine billing.
- Ensures the integrity of the customer access network is maintained and provides support for the deployment of access technologies.
- Assist with as-built package completion and delivery as well as billing closeout.
Qualifications:
- Sound OSP engineering experience deploying fiber optic and/or Copper networks - Knowledge of engineering principles within OSP job related functional area including general practices, procedures and industry standards.
- Knowledge of fiber optic and/or copper counts, fiber assignments, and splicing schematics in all OSP environments.
- Knowledge of engineering tools including ARAMIS, IQGEO, NDS, OCALC, AutoCAD preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Possess STRONG communication & PEOPLE skills
- Strong language skills are required, both oral & written
- Show a “sense of urgency” to get the job done to meet all due dates
- Follow-up with our customer and provide a status of any and all assigned work
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels: from team members to executive management.
Infrastructure Solutions Engineer (DC Project Engineer)
Position Summary:
The Infrastructure Solutions Engineer is responsible for migrating applications and file data from on-premises datacenters to cloud environments, specifically Azure and SharePoint Online. The role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have expert-level experience in Azure, infrastructure protocols, and troubleshooting, coupled with strong interpersonal and analytical skills to ensure seamless migrations and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:
1. Application and Data Migration:
o Migrate applications from UK on-premises datacenters into Azure.
o Migrate CIFS/NetApp file data from UK on-premises datacenters into SharePoint Online.
2. Project Delivery:
o Lead and coordinate activities within a distributed team to ensure project milestones are met.
o Provide hands-on expertise in server and application migration to cloud environments.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure applications and middleware (e.g., IIS, SQL).
3. Technical Expertise:
o Maintain advanced knowledge of infrastructure protocols and standards.
o Apply hands-on experience with Azure, NetApp file data, and SharePoint Online to project tasks.
o Ensure systems are optimized for performance and reliability post-migration.
4. Service Management:
o Operate within an ITIL Service Management environment to maintain high standards of service delivery.
o Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
5. Problem Solving and Decision-Making:
o Prioritize workload and tasks effectively, especially in emergency situations.

Qualifications:
• Education and Certification:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
o MCSE certification or equivalent is desirable.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 3 years of expert-level experience in a 3rd line support and project delivery role.
o Extensive hands-on experience in:
Azure cloud technologies.
Migrating servers and applications from on-premises datacenters to the cloud.
Troubleshooting infrastructure applications/middleware (IIS, SQL, etc.).
Working with NetApp file data and SharePoint Online.

Revit Architect - ATL
As a Revit Architect, you are responsible for ensuring all assigned projects and/or work packages meet or exceed client expectations. This involves creating BIM models and drawings, developing schedules, specifying notes, and developing project plans, budgets, and time restraints in line with the company's procedures. You will be responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time and on budget, to the highest of standards.

Responsibilities:
- Provide delivery of specified projects/work packages to meet or exceed customer expectations, including BIM modeling, preparing drawings, schedules, and specs, and aiding in project planning and budgeting.
- Adhere to the Quality Assurance Procedure Manual (TAP) consistently.
- Review CAD and hard copy drawings, as well as agreed procedures, to ensure projects are completed on time and to both client and company standards.
- Ensure that your Senior is continually kept updated on all pertinent project details to ensure a successful and satisfying delivery of the project to the client.
- Complete your timesheets in a timely fashion. Prior to beginning any overtime work, apply to have it signed off.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of solid Revit work experience
- Understanding of the BIM process, building regulations, detailing, and construction methods in the UK, US, Middle East, Australia, or New Zealand
- Experience in delivering projects with BIM deliverables, experienced in using BEP’s EIR’s, TIDP’s, federated models, BIM360 Design and Docs.
- Experience in Revizto, Navisworks, Bluebeam
- Must be familiar with Revit
- Experience in Autodesk, Bentley and Graphisoft CAD and BIM applications is a huge plus
- Informed of latest technological developments in the architectural sector and will be motivated to carry out research to identify opportunities to generate project delivery efficiencies
