Celebrating Our First Yellow Belt Trained Graduates

Our first leadership group of Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt aspirants, comprising of 20 participants from various departments, has achieved a remarkable 100% assessment pass rate. This accomplishment is a testament to their hard work and dedication, as well as the collaborative spirit that will drive Sourcefit forward.

This success wouldn’t have been possible without the support and expertise of several key teams:

  • Training and Quality Team: Ian Angelo Binza, Rizelle Neri Hubilla, and their team for providing top-notch training and guidance.
  • Marketing and Advertisement Team: Sweet Heart Mariano, Engelbert Villarico, and Tanya Camille Soriano for effectively communicating the significance of this initiative.

The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training program, held at our Tower facility, was led by Benedict Delos Santos, our Director for Implementations and Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Over two intensive days, participants gained invaluable insights into process improvement and quality management—skills that will have a lasting impact on their roles and on Sourcefit’s overall operations.

Our newly trained Yellow Belts will lead initiatives that improve our operational efficiency, enhance service quality, and ultimately drive better outcomes for our clients and partners. We’re excited to celebrate these achievements further during the awarding ceremony scheduled for late November, where we’ll recognize the hard work and dedication of our brand-new Yellow Belt graduates!
